Theater Utrecht is a city theatre company operating at the intersection of the personal and the political. We create theatre that engages with the world around us and makes space for a diversity of voices and perspectives. From this practice, we actively invest in talent development.

Our venue on Boorstraat is a place for encounter, experimentation and exchange. A place where you can work on what is not yet finished, where there is room to try, to fail, and to begin again. We work from the principle of care: paying attention to the process, to each other, and to the development of makers.

Rehearsal spaces
