Objective

The foundation aims to create conditions that lead to the emergence and dissemination of professional theater productions in general and particularly in the city and province of Utrecht, as well as all that is directly or indirectly related or may be conducive to this, all in the broadest sense of the word.

Board Composition

The organization has a management team, with the general director as the statutory director, and a Supervisory Board. The management team consists of Anne Breure (general director-manager).

Supervisory Board

Jan Bogerd (chairman), Karima Belhaj, Ingrid de Caluwé, Jochim Schueler, and Nicole van Vessum.

Remuneration Policy

The remuneration of the management team is determined by the Supervisory Board, in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Theater and Dance. The Supervisory Board is unremunerated. Other staff fall under the Collective Labor Agreement for Theater and Dance.
