Your organisation is ready to grow, but you want to do it right. Growth should strengthen your values, not dilute them. But how do you safeguard your ethos? This workshop is specifically for individuals involved in queer organisations that are ready to take that next step. How can you create space for growth and professionalisation while holding on to your principles, your fighting spirit and the urgency of what you do? How can you make your organisation more efficient without compromising your core values? Join the workshop and help your organisation grow so you can pursue your mission with even greater impact. Not at the expense of your ideals, but alongside them.
In this workshop we work with an organisational constellation: a systemic method that makes the invisible dynamics and relationships within your organization visible.
